BEAU DIAMOND Stud fee £450 Born 1989, by Bohemond (TB) ex Dutch Dancer, Beau is a 17.2 bay horse with 10" of bone. He has 50 BE points. He has been well hunted by a whip for several seasons and paraded hounds in the ring with seven other packs at the Lincolnshire County Show in 2005. His previous owners used him for all Pony Club activities, including rallies where he was ridden by children as young as ten. His superb temperament is passed to his offspring. Several offspring have done well eventing including Chest of Diamonds ridden by Jeanette Brakewell with 150 points and placed 3rd in a CCI 2 star. Western Ambassador won his first four year old PAVO British Breeding event qualifier in 2005. Western Ambassador is now very nearly Advanced B.E. and on the Pathway Scheme for the 2012 Olympics. He was the top 6 year old and 7 year old event horse sired by a British bred Stallion in the respective years.
Beau Diamond also has offspring with good BSJA winnings. ‘Beau’s Belles’ representing Rockingham Forest Riding Club won their novice indoor SJ area qualifier, all four team members were by Beau, showing that he is producing stock suitable for novice or experienced riders.
